Riders must be at least 21 years old. You must have a clean driving record or disclose any points/convictions during the application process for insurance approval.
Collection & Vehicle Handover
When you collect your scooter, we complete a structured handover to make sure everything is clear before you ride.
• The vehicle condition is inspected and recorded
• Existing marks or damage are documented
• Required rental and handover documentation is completed
• Keys and supplied accessories are recorded
• Important vehicle controls are explained
• Rider responsibilities are explained
• You have an opportunity to ask questions
This handover protects both you and Vultra by creating a clear record of the vehicle's condition at the start of your rental.
