Where
Returns are handled exclusively at our Reading fleet hub. Ensure the vehicle is parked in the designated 'Vultra Rental' bays. Hand keys directly to an authorized fleet manager to complete the check-in process.
When
All rentals must be returned by 10:00 AM on the scheduled return date. Late returns exceeding a 30-minute grace period will incur an automatic daily rate charge. Contact support immediately if you anticipate a delay.
How
Clean the vehicle and remove personal belongings. Ensure the fuel tank is filled to the agreed level to avoid refueling fees. We will conduct a final damage inspection and provide a digital return receipt instantly via email.
Final Inspection

Returning Your Hire & Deposit
Upon returning your Yamaha NMAX, our team will conduct a comprehensive final inspection. We check for mechanical integrity, bodywork condition, and ensure all provided accessories are returned. Once the vehicle is cleared, your £300 security deposit is processed for return within 3-5 working days, subject to the terms of your rental agreement.
